I actually bought these to make nose-pieces for masks during the Covid-19 pandemic, but can see lots of uses in the garden for them. They're really soft but sturdy, with a flexible wire running through the centre. I'd just advise caution after cutting, because the wire can be really sharp. They worked well as nose-pieces, and as ties for climbing roses.
