This book is an Easy to Follow Step-by-step Guide, fill with beautiful drawings and diagrams that describe and illustrate each step. The book includes general stretches as well as stretches to relief pain and for sport and fitness practice. There is even a chapter dedicated to stretches that can be done with a partner.
A must have for anyone and everyone interested in healthy living. Also if you are already training for general fitness or for sports, stretching will help you warn, cool down and keep injury free.
As it covers virtually all parts of the body and most of the time with several different exercises, you can make up your own training routine, or use one of those given at the end of the book.
Be careful though: As nice as the drawings may be, they always show a very well trained person an you may not achieve results like that, so don't try to look like the pictures, rather take them as a guideline on posture etc.
All in all, this book has helped me a great deal over the years and has been a constant companion; one to take to that deserted island!
