The man has a voice of power, melody and subtlety added to the ability to knock out proper, proper melodic/proggy metal with more than a touch of class. That’s what we have here with Parry’s latest offering.
He belts out a towering vocal performance aided and abetted by that “Society of Friends” which includes some fine names from the euro-metal world who cook up a heady musical brew between them. Timo Somers in particular is all over it with an outstanding guitar performance.
Big chords, big hooks, plenty of power and melody. And a slightly proggy tinge. Simply brilliant. One for classic/melodic rockers everywhere.
