Interesting that sales channel is not relevant here, web or high street doesn't matter. How you sell stuff to customers in the easiest most fun way possible really shines out of the book. Richard's sound advice is backed up in detail with evidence from his years of experience worldwide. You won't be disappointed.
Richard is a good writer who injects humour and playfulness in to the book making it an engaging read.
Don't be put off by the word "retail" - this is a book for anyone selling anything, and it's especially helpful for us managers that are building teams to get stuff done. Lots of advice on how to build strong teams and how to get people focused around a Vision and set of Values.
Really well researched, lots of case studies and examples that I resonated with.
Super reading for anyone in the world of selling goods.
Note - I didn't purchase this from Amazon, but I did "rent" it from a public library (remember those?)
