I put off reading this book for a few days but then when I started, I couldn't put it down.

In 'The Small Print' the author weaves a very believable and true-to-life inspirational tale. She didn't shy away from the uncomfortable issues of unfaithfulness, lust, greed and their consequences. Yet the theme of God's unconditional love flows through the pages.

I enjoyed reading this book immensely and look forward to future titles from this master storyteller.

Abimbola, is a gift. I found this book on the Christians fiction section. I am in a book club (Christian fiction) and always lookin B-) for new books. We have read so many books that we can't find anymore "real" ones. When I saw the title of this book I thought, hmmm, I decided to read the epilogue and did not put it down till today. This book teaches us the agape type of live that God requires from us all. It is very easy to read and full of true life storied. This book is a lesson to all married and single people. I just could not put the book down. What an eye opener! Please buy this book you will not regret it. I am recommending it to my group and will recommend it to every one I come across who liked reading. It will help you to STAND when temptation comes knowing on your door so that you flee....... May God bless you and give you more wisdom to write more inspirational books.

This is a poorly-written book. Full of confusion between words: smug/snug; compliment/complement; fourty(?!)/forty; relived/relieved; stripped/striped; breaks/brakes. And the archaic "unto" (taken straight from a 17th-century translation of the Bible) is everywhere - and, without exception, incorrectly used. The book will appeal only to "christians" of a fundamentalist persuasion. Others are advised to avoid it.

This book was fabulous!!! I really enjoyed it, there were so many things to love!! With its uniquely 'Nigerian' anecdotes, its Christian theme, romantic nature, it really had all the things I look for in a book whilst staying true to myself. Loved it! It made me laugh, it made me smile and it made me angry. That was how absorbed I was in the plot! 5 stars Abimbola, you truly have a talent and I am glad you took that leap and came out of your comfort zone. It was a risk that paid of! As for your writing style, I couldn't fault it in anyway. Simple yet sweet, and above all humorous!!! Mys N

So man characters. So many characters to relate with ! I love how the author adds Yoruba here and there. Such an amusing read to ! You become emotionally attached to the readers, feeling their anguish and their happiness.
When I finished the book I was so sad.. Didn't want the story to end. Definitely a book I will read over and over again!

I liked this one but not as much as the Broken Chords novella. I felt with this one there was a subtle message to tolerate domestic violence (not so in Broken Chords). The author may not have meant it that way but it just came across as such. I also felt some of what happened towards the end was a little too convenient. A good read nonetheless and will def read more from her.

Though I was worried initially about the character development, especially of Eniola's, the author came through in the end. An enjoyable read( apart from a few editing errors). I can see how this would be inspiring to those seeking to make sense of the complexities in their relationships.

I wanted an insight into the Nigerian aspect of a Christian's walk and the encounters people face.

A real life based story rooted in Christian understanding and principles.

Not a fairy tale ending but one that exists when Jesus is kept at the centre of everything
