His views on fans, fan conventions, book signings and the book trade, the press and his success are a treat to read, especially so for fellow authors. A fair amount of his opinions are repeated, which is unsurprising, as this is a compilation of articles, speech transcripts and occasional blog posts written over a period of almost 30 years. However, they are written with the same whimsical style and sideways look at reality that has been the foundation of the success of his Discworld and other fiction
Costs me more but wouldn't have it any other way - just wish a few other authors offered their books in the three formats, especially audio.
A great read as expected.
