HASH(0x9d1849d8) out of 5 stars Great Product. Gonna buy more when the patches run out. 29 Feb. 2012

This is a great product. I cannot describe its usefulness with words alone but it's great. The rubber cement will cause the puncture to bind and adding the patch to it after a minute when it has time to partially dry you can apply one of the patches it came with (electrical tape works well too). I used it on the rear tire of my bike when it got a puncture. It made a great seal and never had problems when I ride it. Considering I was overweight for the bike's weight limit the kit does a pretty good job fixing the tire. Great product and great value.

HASH(0x9d184c00) out of 5 stars Blow Out Fixed 5 Aug. 2012

I bought this product to avoid buying a new inner tube. I had never fixed a flat before, but this made it so easy. Find the leak, apply the patch, problem solved. The only problem was trying to remove the patch from its sticky plastic. Take it before you apply the glue, instead of after, so that you can properly apply it. Also make sure the glue completely covers the patch area, because that's exactly where it will fit.

This was cheap to repair bike tire. It worked great on granddaughters little bike and held in hot summer well.
HASH(0x99dcc1bc) out of 5 stars PatchFAIL TIMES 3 19 Jan. 2015

Worst patch ever. In 50 years of bicycling and scooting I've never had a patch fail. This is a first. I had high hopes with a recognized brand and wanted these to travel with on my bike. Tried to use 3 today with a 12" 25PSI scooter tire. ALL THREE patches have failed. I waited well beyond the 1 minute in the instruction. The third I waited an hour. FAIL Apparently they are not compatible with all rubber compounds. I can hardly depend on them on my traveling bike. I guess I should have known given they were only $4.40 delivered. I could have enjoyed a pint of Bell's Stout on that 4 bucks. The rest go to the trash...
Bummed user. First patch fails in 50 years of scooting and bicycling AAAARGH!

Old product?
HASH(0x99dcc42c) out of 5 stars These work extremely well 2 Jun. 2016
By Jack - Published on Amazon.com
I got a flat on my bike and had the pleasure of walking 10 miles home. Never again! I have tried the older Bell brand patches and they never work, so I thought all patches were the same. The bike shop was out of the tube I needed and I got these instead. Just scuff the area up with the included sand paper, clean with alcohol, apply a generous amount of glue, then the patch and let it dry.

So far I have put about 40 miles on the patched tube with no problems, I would highly recommend to carry a pack on your bike at all times!
