How do you do the Slim-Fast 3-2-1 Plan?
The Slim-Fast 3-2-1 plan is designed to be easy and convenient. Pleasant taste, best done with cold milk & crushed ice, just whizz the ice with hand blender.
I make my shakes with coconut milk which might be what makes this taste great and it actually has a lower calorie content and a lot of benefits, cows milk was never meant for humans.
Each shake has 205 calories when made with kokos coconut milk (which you can buy on Amazon in packs of handy 250ml versions, no measuring, just pour and shake, perfect if you're on the go!) and I can proudly say in the past 3 days I have gone down 2 1/2 lbs I will be at my goal in no time :D
I started dieting from the start of September, and in the first 3 weeks without Slim fast, I lost 12lbs. I stuck strictly to a healthy diet, with a minimum of 60 minutes exercise daily, and 2 hours when I can manage. In 2 weeks since using this, I have now lost another 5lbs.
So when I see these bad reviews, I can guarantee majority did not stay to a strict diet and exercise routine. You can just think one week "I'm resting", you have to stick to it if you want results. There have been so any days where it was easy to say "I'll just do 30 mins of exercise today", and if I hadn't pushed myself, I wouldn't have lost all this weight. If you aren't going to put the effort in yourself, don't expect to lose weight. I'm pretty sure most of these people slating slim fast don't exercise as much as you should be doing, eat the right portions and monitor their carbs, as well as cals and fat
Make sure you drink at least 2 litres of water daily, a good way to stick with this is have a glass of water 15 minutes before every meal. It will fill you up, which means you will have more self control over eating the right portions.
