This is a tremendously exciting development and one I wholeheartedly support. Nick Littlehales provides leading professionals in the world of sport, including at Manchester United, with a better understanding of this natural physical and mental process - he enables players to maximise the quality and consistency of their sleep and in turn their overall performance (Sir Alex Ferguson)
Nick Littlehales is an innovative, world-class thinker. He designed the sleep solution for Team Sky's riders - who have now won the Tour de France four times - and British Cycling, who have used his principles of sleep optimisation at the last two Olympics to great effect (Philip Burt, lead physiotherapist, British Cycling)
Nick has revolutionised my recovery process through practical, tailored professional advice (Helen Wyman, European Cyclocross champion)

This book is helpful to those who are willing to make some changes to get better sleep. I like the fact that napping in the day is encouraged. I like the fact that bit all rings true as you read it. People looking for a magic bullet will probably be disappointed. So far I've read 1/2 of the book yesterday and implemented some changes and slept pretty well last night. I won't comment on style etc as I just don't care. All I care about is quality advice re sleeping. I am optimistic about my sleep improving from here on. Delighted and I will be lending it out to folks...

I enjoyed the book and will use the R90 method, I would have liked some more detailed explanation in starting the first cycle i.e. How many minutes is acceptable before you should wait for the next cycle?
