About the Author

Anthony Weedon was born and brought up in the county of Suffolk in the heart of rural England and has never lived in towns. Already the author of one successful novel, ARTICHOKES WITH ALICE, he writes about the hidden, often thrilling, drama of rural life revealing the intriguing conflicts and relationships behind a facade of respectability. Having served both as an Anglican priest in England and Ireland and as a management services officer, he was privileged to observe and reflect upon the intricasies of human nature. His writing moves intriguingly along with never a dull moment as the characters interact with each other in a wide variety of ways from humour to sadness. Anthony now lives near the sea in Lincolnshire, England near a large nature reserve full of all kinds of wild life including thousands of grey seals which come ashore in Novemeber and December every year to have their pups.

Format: Paperback
Wonderful second novel from Anthony, beautifully written with great imagination. The story keeps one captivated in a web of village life where females have their own ideas about a bettter society. I would recommend this book to most of my female friends and especially to my male friends.
