As long as you buy the spices before hand you're fine most I had in and what I didn't I ordered from Amazon.
Pictures to show you how to present.
If you love spicy food this is the book for you.
Favourite recipes so far are the Georgian Chicken Stew and the stir fried Tangy Prawns - the style of recipes and flavours remind me of Ottolenghi, though without the endless lists of ingredients and specialities. Almost everything I've cooked from this has ingredients that I've been able to find in my local big supermarket.
