Product Description

Simply Spray is a non-toxic spray paint, specifically designed for use on fabric. It can be used to decorate almost any sort of fabric or clothing, is non-toxic, and comes in handy 2.5 fl oz (approx 71ml) aerosol cans.

Simply Spray is easy to use, non-toxic and gives off no fumes or bad smells. It is a great way to turn your old clothes, T-shirts, jeans, hats etc. into something brighter. Or why not use it with a stencil for an easy way to personalise your clothes. Simply Spray absorbs into the fabric and dries at room temperature leaving you with a machine washable garment.

You can use Simply Spray to make tie-dyed T-shirts without the mess or hassle of liquid dyes. Just scrunch, spray and you're done. You can also use this type of paint for clothing, curtains, lampshades, pillow cases, dolls and all kinds of crafts.

The pictures demonstrate just a few of the designs that can be completed using Simply Spray Fabric Paint.

It works on most textiles and natural fibres including cotton, rayon, canvas, leather and hemp. There are hundreds of different fabrics produced in the world today, and unfortunately Simply Spray will not work on all of them. We recommend that you carry out a quick test to see if Simply Spray is suitable to use on your fabric. As a rule of thumb, if water can absorb into the fabric then Simply Spray will too. If your fabric is coated in some way and water cannot absorb into it, then Simply Spray will not work. You can simply pour some water onto the fabric and see if it absorbs into the fabric or if it runs off.

I bought this to spray a white suit black down one side. My son was going to a party as 'two face'. It did the job, although there wasn't enough in the tin for the whole (half) suit. He looked great though!

I used this to spray my faded Phil and Ted pushchair. I wasn't sure if it would work on this type of fabric but it worked really well and has really revived my tired looking pushchair!

The canister was smaller than expected which in my case was a good point as I had to use the paint in a small space while retouching material panels in an old car. The paint did the job as intended but the applicator is of poor design and rather than giving a nice even spray the paint tends to spatters causing large spots of denser colour. I my case this was not a big problem because i was using black on black and the paint has dried evenly, but if using to change colours this would cause noticeable marks. good product, rubbish applicator

Used this to make an orange T-shirt into a tiger T-shirt for my son's school play. Worked fine for the task, but the ink did bleed a bit and it has faded quite a lot in the wash. If I was modding clothes for long-term use I wouldn't be happy, but it's fine for things like school plays, stag parties, or banners.

I have a pair of black cotton pumps which were fading to a pale shade of grey and wanted to smarten them up. I found this product perfect for that and very easy to apply, although be careful when spraying!

I used this to re paint my buggy. It had faded from the sun. I managed of do the buggy with two cans. The spray can splattered a little. But I used a cloth and rubbed it in where needed. My buggy looks new. Very happy just shame about the size of the can and the spray

Bought a further 2 cans having had success with 1 can in the past.
1st one worked fine for most of the can (albeit with a little dripping from the nozzle whilst spraying - best done outside!) but seized up with the can still feeling around a quarter full.
2nd can sprayed once (for a couple of seconds) and then refused to work!!
No matter how much I shook the cans, they failed to deliver any more paint.
Looking at many amazon.com reviews, this appears not to be an isolated incident...
It seems to me that the nozzle/trigger mechanism is extremely cheap and flimsy and not up to the job.
So, if you're happy to potentially waste your money, then go ahead and buy.
I ended up buying Dylon Fabric Paint - Black 11 - 500ml and used that with a paint-brush instead. Much better!!

The spray worked wonders but must be used properly. I didn't use it to make a hippy shirt as the instructions tell you, i used it for the purpose of spraying the word EPIC onto the front on a t-shirt. Faded once, but after that it doesn't anymore. Good buy for t-spraying.
