This is the third book in the Alfie the werewolf series and my son just loves them. Alfie is seven and my son has just turned seven so its perfect. It is really well written with just the right level of suspense. If you are an Alfie fan you will not be disappointed.

This is another great book in the Alfie series. Nail biting in areas particulary to my seven year old, easy for him to read to. Good fun story and not easy to put down, the end of a chapter always wants you to come back for more. I need the next book now!

Trying to capture my sons attention with chapter books has been a nightmare but he loves this series. The chapters are only about four pages long so just enough allow them to break it up but each chapter ends with a cliff hanger to keep kids hooked. My only advice is to start at book 1 birthday surprises and work through the series. A great buy!

My son and I are loving the series. He's used the books to complete homework rather than using the school books he is reading. It's a lovely, family series and would recommend for all children and young people.
