Do you know your ABC's? Do you like monsters?

The author, Gerald Hawksley, has written a very different ABC book. It is not your usual book, it does follow the ABC's, but it includes monsters and funny names in the alphabet. This is a fun book to follow and to read. When you have read this book, you will understand what happens, what kinds of monsters appears, and then, what you will remember.

Adults will enjoy reading to their children. The children will love this funny, non sensical book. A wonderful method for children to learn their alphabet. The illustrations by the author, are bright, vivid and colorful. They depict each letter and the Monster that correlates with that letter. A fun beginning book for all children.

My husband and I were perusing Children's kindle books because we wanted to know what the competition was! This book is great, one of the few children's books apart from "The Ant and the cherry" by Mark Jephcott, that is worth your while buying!

I liked it so much I put it on my blog as a must buy, a blog I write for Mumsnet. For my little man a book must have exciting illustrations, an easy story line.

Without going all Seseme Street on you all. Take the Letter C, in this book there is a Crocodoodle who eats cake, personally that should be all that is required but it depends on what you want this book for. If you want an A is for Apple, simple educational book then this may not be for you but if you want a book that holds your child's attention whilst sneaking a little learning in then this book is a must have!

Get it, your child will not be disappointed!

One of the best quality children's picture-books I've found so far on Kindle, and the most enjoyable alphabet book I've seen in quite some time. You'll find every kind of monster from ambling Amblemoose to snoring Zebadoo, all wonderfully illustrated. Works fine on a (monochrome) Kindle device; even better in colour on a phone, tablet or PC.

Once you've got your tongue around some of the monster's names this book is great for toddlers - I have the Kindle version and don't have any faults with it (some young children's books just don't covert well to a Kindle version but this was fine). I wouldn't describe it as an educational book for learning the ABC, more as an entertaining book.

It's good to find children laughing at the illustrations. They learn their alphabet in fun things like the illustrations and the monster names. One of the only things that is wrong with it is that they won't put the kindle down when people want to use it. The second thing wrong with it is that the kids can't quite work out the monster names.
