Mr Brue writes in an informal and engaging style about something that has too long been conveyed in a musty, corporate-speak tone. By casting Six Sigma as something applicable to small business, the reader gains an understanding of Six Sigma DMAIC methodology through the perspective of actionable techniques anyone can use.

I particularly found this useful while studying for my Six Sigma Black Belt certification exams. It provided additional context and clarity for what I was learning elsewhere.

If you enjoyed the Lean Start Up, you'll find this to be similarly engaging - and refreshingly without the Silicon-valley echo chamber references.
