I've tried plenty exercise videos but keep returning to this one. The exercises are interesting but easy to pick up and you achieve results without getting bored. The camera angles are straightforward which prevents confusion and allows you to keep up. The body conditioning section for the lower body and the low impact aerobics are the best areas of the video. I found the upper body conditioning too easy. The video is in different sections so you can do as much as you want depending on your time and inclination. Results are achieved quickly although it is probably best for beginners to intermediate exercisers. It is easy enough to do everyday without strain although three times a week is the recommendation.

The first ever exercise video i tried was by instuctor libby roberts, and so I'm a big fan of her videos. I thought this was really good, not too easy and not too difficult. The video is split into numbered sections starting with a warm up and ending with a cool down, so you can mix and match the sections in the middle if you want to concentrate on a certain area of your body, or if you enjoy one section more than the rest. overall a really great workout.

i was looking for a work out that i could 'get on with' this came to my attention and i thought i would give it a go and see if i liked it. at first i did find if difficult to do, but i kept with it. after a few weeks i did notice weight loss and after 2/3 months (folloiwng a diet plan too) i had lost 2 stone and gone from 36 waist to 30 waist...i now use this video once a week for a keep fit regime. huge thumbs up...

I've been doing home aerobics videos/dvd's for years and having tried nearly all of them out there, this is the first one I tried (passed from mother to daughter!) and I can safely say this is probably the best one I have ever used! It is has the most thorough warm up and cool down, its safe (I've never pulled anything doing this - unlike most other dvd's), covers all areas (aerobic and conditioning/toning) and most importantly IT WORKS!! Whenever I've been a bit lax, this snaps me back into shape, with obvious results of 2-3 times a week after just a fortnight.

I cannot recommend this highly enough. If you can get past the nightmare 80's lycra and music, its one of the best, most effective, well thought out and complete exercise routines I've ever done. (Its of a very similar fitness level to Davina/Charlie Brooks)

I liked this video (I have it on VHS). I really enjoyed the whole thing and thought the warm up and cool downs were partiularly good - really going through everything carefully. I really liked Libby Roberts and found her to be friendly and informative. I have done the Jane fonda abs, bums and thighs video and a lot of the moves are identical to this one (this one came out first!) but this is much better! It is quite dated but I don't mind - the exercises still do the same thing!

This video really works. I used it 12 years ago and lost 5 stones. I lent it to someone and never got it back and am delighted that I can get it on Amazon now that I need to lose weight again. I have other videos and dvds but nothing comes close to this one.
