The Medisana Medinose is the original best selling Hayfever and Anti-allergy device using Phototherapy which is a new type of treatment without drugs. Diodes which are capable of emmiting red light with a wavelength of 660 nanometers are inserted into the nostrils for a 4 and a half minute treatment. Alleviation of allergic symptoms and lessenming of the over-sensitivity of the nasal mucousa sets in at this wavelength.
