Directions:USAGE AND CARE Before the first use sterilize your LolaCup in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. TO INSERT: Step 1: Before touching the LolaCup, wash your hands thoroughly. To make insertion easier, you may lubricate with water-based lubricant. Step 2: Fold the LolaCup to reduce its volume according to preferred folding method. Step 3: Insert the LolaCup gently, head up, through your vagina. You can be seated, standing or squatted. Step 4: Rotate the LolaCup to ensure it is fully open and a seal has been created to the vagina wall. The vagina is tilted backwards, therefore, pulling the cup slightly back and up will help you find the correct position. As you get more experienced, placing your LolaCup properly will become easier. Once it is fitted correctly it should not be felt at all and there should be no leakage. Never use your LolaCup for more than 12 hours without cleaning. TO REMOVE: Step 1: Always wash your hands carefully before handling the LolaCup. Step 2: Don't immediately pull it by the stem, break the seal first by squeezing the LolaCup and folding it. Step 3: Empty the LolaCup into the toilet bowl. Clean it before inserting it again. If you don't have a source of water, you can clean the LolaCup using intimate wipes or toilet paper, but make sure no paper gets stuck to the cup. AFTER YOUR PERIOD: Wash your LolaCup thoroughly after the last use and sterilize 2-3 minutes in boiling water. Keep the LolaCup in your pouch and store in a dry and ventilated place. Do not keep it in hermetic containers.
