Don't get me wrong. It's not a bad book, but it most certainly isn't a book for experienced DBA's. If you don't already know 99% of the material covered in this book then consider a change of career. Fast.
I was hoping for a truly insightful book akin to Kalen Delaney's "Inside SQL Server 2000" but no. There's nothing new here, there isn't even anything that you can't find easily on the web.
Save your money and spend half an hour on the web - you'll find everything covered in this book and much much more.
I just hope the author didn't spend too much time writing the book.
