It is written in such an interesting and easy to understand manner that i thouroughly enjoyed reading this little book - it is a real gem.
The kind of book you will read over and over and constantly reference
Now i understand that everything is a sale - and to survive (and thrive) in business sales skills are imperitive so this book is a must for all business people.
It is so refreshing to read a book that delivers what it says
