Having read a number of self help and meditation books over the years I am really impressed by AJ Parrs book. The author combines the teachings of Indian sage Ramana Marharshi with modern western psychology and psychoanalysis to provide an accessible and easy to digest guide that can help stop negative thoughts in their tracks and eventually utilise self inquiry meditation to be a happier person. All of the exercises can be performed easily by anyone, anywhere. You don't need to be an academic, well read or have a deep understanding of neurology or psychology, you just need to be able to set aside a small amount of time each day to do the exercises. With the help of this easy book I really think I will be able to rid myself of the negative thoughts that hold me back in life.

Very badly edited book - full of typos and mistakes. Some helpful insights if you can look past this. If you can't then the book has not succeeded in its endeavour.
