This Seiko range can be confusing as there are a number of similar looking models with different functions. This model does not have an Alarm, even though it looks very similar to the Alarm model, so double check if that is a requirement.
The stopwatch function is very good and easy to use on this watch, probably the best of the few chronographs that I own. I found that the lume on the hands and dial is very good at night and glows strongly for around 4 hours before slowly fading.
A point to note is that this watch has a screw down crown which is unusual in a 100M rated watch as this is normally a feature of 200M plus waterproof watches....I was not expecting this, and nor it would seem was another reviewer of this watch who tried in vain to pull the crown out. Because the crown is very small and set deep between metal shoulders it is very difficult to get enough of a grip to twist it out enough to adjust the time and date. I found that it helps to hold the watch with the face towards you but with 12 o' clock facing down to the floor so the crown is on the left...Read more ›
The face and the bezel are presented in a very attractive deep blue finish and the glass is scratch resistant Hardex crystal glass.
The watch is supplied with a thick instruction book, but only the first twenty pages are in English. The instruction book is fairly simplistic though and only covers basic operations.
Overall: 5 stars - This really does look and feel like a top quality watch and I am more than happy with the purchase.
Beautiful looking watch, i'm very pleased with my purchase. Only one slight down side, just slight!!!. i did expect the watch face to be bigger but all in all it was a great purchase. I will be buying from this dealer again, in the near future.
The glass still doesn't have a mark in it, very accurate and it feels good, a nice weight and decent size.
Beautiful watch !
Seiko have come out with some budget watches recently which I have seen while passing through various airport duty free shops and I have to say I was worried when buying this that t may be the same but I need not have worried as it is far better quality.

It looks like a decent watch, lightweight, and most importantly; it tells the time quite well.
The only issue I have is not with the watch per se, but rather that the page... Read more
Great watch - Always liked Seiko and this one is really smart. Not a heavyweight but looks good. Love the blue face and multi dial functionality. Highly recommended.Published 17 months ago by Jim Bee
Perfect watch for me. Even though the screen is not immense (it still is bigger than what I used to wear: SNK809 and SNKE17J1, it still looks good on an arm that's fitted with the... Read morePublished 18 months ago by Cristian
