Walker is apparently the bad boy rock star. With the reputation to Match his bad boy image, the party's the girls the outlandish life style. The press hound him daily and he is publicly exposed at every turn he makes.
Only sometimes things arnt as they seem, and the press print what ever will gain them the story they need to sell their paper. Story's that could ruin a single reputation.
I honestly loved Walker. He was perceived in the wrong way. His few mistakes he made after a the loss of a loved one paved his way to his reputation.
I have to admit I wasn't much of a fan of Madison. I seriously couldn't grasp her motives. How she couldn't recognise the obvious hints he had given her, or how she never questioned when he changed the subject. I know she put her past behind her, but when true love is sitting right In front of her, how could she not see it.
Considering Madison and her best friend Keri where in the celebrity industry, she should of known how the press where. So when she was so judgemental without asking him head on I just couldn't accept her logic. Especially as she wanted to become a big league player in her job choice.
Her best friend Keri was refreshing and I would love to read more about her and her job in the celebrity lifestyle.
Once I started this book I couldn't put it down I was hooked from the beginning to the very last word. This was such a refreshing quick read.

Madison is an assistant to a Celebrity Agency, living with her best friend Keri and enjoying her life.
They go to a concert, after Keri begs Madison to go with her.
Madison gets dragged up onto the stage, the Artist Walker, always does this at his shows, and has a feeling of familiarity and I guess his celebrity status is the reason!
They go to dinner, against her better judgement, but her boss doesn't give her much choice, dinner or fired! Walker comes over all cocky, like he has a secret!
I loved how sassy Madison was and that she didn't take much rubbish from anyone! I aleso loved Keri, fangirling and all! she was great and always had Madisons back.
Madison got her wish to become an Agent for a talent agency, with Walker being her first client, and she worked really heard to prove herself worthy of the job.
Walker and Madison have previous history, and it was really sweet now that they both new Walkers secret!
This is the story of Madison, a talent agent, and Walker Rhodes, uber hot rock star.
They meet when Walker selects Madison from the audience to get up on stage with him during a performance.
Sparks fly and the story begins!
Scheming agency bosses, mad paparazzi, awesome and amusing best friends combined with a gorgeously sweet romance (from the past not just the present) keep you entertained and leave you with a smile on your face.
It's not an angsty read. The steamy content would be labelled 12A (or I guess PG-13 if you are state-side). There is no emotional roller coasters or major drama. No cliffhangers...
It just is what it is. A simple romantic story, that isn't very long and can be inhaled in one sitting. Perfect for a lazy summer afternoon or cozied up under a blanket come the colder, darker months.
The ending is unclear in this book, its what is deemed an open ending, there is no clear indication if this is a one off book or if another one is going to be release. I know that some writers do a series based on 'other book characters' if thats the case then id be disappointed, as the ending of this book is vague. I also think to much happens to quick , it lacks in depth which results in us not getting to know characters very well. I am hoping there is a follow on book focusing on the same characters, with time and depth given to it, it would be great.
Madison is dragged to a concert one night by her best friend, singled out by the artist she is serenaded on stage but refuses to leave her number. The singer desperately tries to find her and Madison's life starts to spiral out of control. Things are not what they seem and her past catches up with her.
I don't want to say too much and give the story away. I loved the characters and couldn't put the book down until I'd read the last page. Such a sweet story I'm sure I'll re read it again in the future.
A great read.
