A great follow up to Seeing the Truth. It was a real page turner that came to an end all too soon. The book manages to combine humour and disappointment, while at the same time giving a real insight into Turkish culture and also, the problems that were inevitable in a cross cultural relationship like Kaye and Verdat’s. As well as being a good narrative, it is also an informative read for anyone who is thinking of visiting Turkey, or about beginning a relationship with a Turkish/Kurdish man.

I started reading this book and did not want to put it down . I read it lying by a pool in Dalyan which is mentioned in the book. This is the second book written by Faye, the first one was brilliant , this one was better again . Read them both you certainly won’t be disappointed . It was fascinating to read about the differences between British and Turkish cultures.

After having read Faye’s original book, “Seeing the Truth”, I could not wait to read the follow up,”Seeing it All” As I expected I was not disappointed. A thoroughly enjoyable, at times funny and fascinating insight into the rest of Kaye’s life in Turkey. Read it now and forget the winter cold or ready for your summer holiday.

This sequel to Seeing The Truth is another great read, I could not put it down! You will laugh out loud at some of it, but you will also cry along with Kaye, our heroine - and believe me, she is a herione to come through all this and keep her sanity!

This is a sequel that needed to be written. Seeing The Truth left me wanting to know more - always a good way to finish. But the real joy here was to see the insight and pearls of wisdom acquired on this journey - useful to us all at some point.

Enjoyable read - good to know the follow up after the first book "Seeing It All". lots of interesting insights into Kurdish culture & insights into human nature in dealing with whatever life throws at us - highly recommended.
