Vaughan continues to pursue Keely, and she's making him run around in circles. Boy has Vaughan got a dirty mouth, but love him I most certainly do. He is struggling to keep his feelings for Keely on a tight business only course and I think he's failing miserably. Love this series but again too too short, you get into the story and boom it's finished leaving you dangling. It would have been far better to combine the books into maybe only two, as the price is a bit steep considering the number of pages.

If you like filthy mouthed men you will love Vaughn. I love this story could not put first book down love everything I have read by Roxy Sloan and this one does no DISSAPOINT. Love Keeley and well Vaughn is to die for.
Only one complaint and that is This book is shorter than the first which was free so a bit disappointed. I would rather pay for a whole book than feel a little bit cheated buy the price and size of book 2.
That being said the story is so good I have already downloaded book 3 as I have to know what happens.

Vaughan continues to hunt Keely wanting her sex, but she manages to keep from going all the way with him. She gets shocking news when a client she was working for dies leaving her his fortune. This gets her sacked from work, dark secrets revealed about hers & Vaughans pasts. So can they survive when she finally gives herself to him.
Hot stuff, loved it, just too short.

“Soon, he promised, he would show me what a real man was made of. Soon can’t come fast enough.”

I am beginning to find the second book in a serial is a tricky one to get right. I personally will either love them or hate them. Of course Vaughn is the exception to the rule and I’m in like with him. Not sure which way I swing at the moment. That probably has to do with the fact I’m not sure if I can trust him or not.

This instalment is short so not a lot happens plot wise but Keeley is finding her feet and trying to work out how she can proceed from here, with or without Vaughn.

I feel Vaughn needs to step up now, his dirty talk will only get him so far, I think once the shock factor wears off it dulls his appeal somewhat. Sure, he may be sex on a stick with a filthy mouth to match his even filthier mind but so far, that is all he is, a honey trap of the male variety. In the next book, I am expecting his true intentions to be revealed and I may jump back on the Vaughn train ;-)

Secrets were revealed, and the mystery theme continues. We did get more of Vaughn’s back story and I’ll admit I was intrigued. I am all over the place with this guy! I had guessed Lana’s twist near the end during book one as that was the most obvious reason for Mr Ashcroft’s strange generosity. I am looking forward to part three as I need to uncover the last of the secrets and find out if Vaughn is going to surprise me and be the man I think he is capable of being or if he will double cross Lana. I await part three eagerly!

It ends with another cliff hanger of an ending; I believe I guessed the link, so I can’t wait to find out if it’s true. For fans of The Seduction serial, you won’t want to miss this instalment. ~Ava

This book is smoking hot really good story the sexual chemistry between the two main characters is off the charts but it's just too short you are just getting into the book and then it ends why the need to drip feed a book just tell the story and give the readers what they want a hot book with a beginning and an end

Having been left Ashcroft's money, Keely now faces new challenges, particulary with his adoptive children wanting to contest the will. But there is one thing that she's sure about, no matter what she heard Vaughn say, she wants him. Vaughn knows that seducing Keely should just be a job to him, but somehow it became so much more. With a war going on between his heart and his head already, news that completely changes Keely's life may make the final decision for him...

I was reading this book and thinking of the bloggers I know that like JA Huss and how I think they'd like this author too. I think its the combination of complicated motives, money and dirty sex that makes me think that, and Sloane can pull it off well.

I liked Keely from the first book (and lets face it I kind of like Vaughn too even if he is a bit arrogant and controlling) and that continued here. I think one of the main reasons I like her is that she doesn't actually seem to know what she's doing. It makes her seem more real as a character when she just goes with it, and when she struggles to decide what she wants.

Vaughn is the opposite. He knows exactly what he wants and he knows that he really shouldn't. There is definitely something endearing about him and how he reacts at not being able to have Keely (admittedly it's mostly through his own rules that he can't have her so it doesn't really count).
