Product Description

About the Author

Although I have not finished reading the book, it seems that the author knows well human psychology. It already gave me power to be able to detach myself from bugging thoughts which deprived me of sleep even before starting sitting in zazen. However, I would have liked to find out something about diet. As I said, haven't finished the book yet, it might follow but I think diet is important for being able to sit quietly and follow the indications very well explained in the book. I warmly recommend it for seekers.

This is a very worthwhile addition to the library of anyone interested in Zen.

The writing style is easy to read and assimilate, and the book expounds the main Zen concepts very well in my opinion.

It still isn't as good as Rebel Buddha - a previous recommendation of mine, but a worthwhile read nevertheless.

Recommended.

Excellent. Clear and concise and does not overcomplicate the subject so true to Zen.
