Praise for "SecondWorld"

"Another crisply plotted tale from the fertile imagination of Jeremy Robinson. This one has it all, frozen Nazis, UFO crashes, Antarctica, and some really cool science. Plan to hunker down for all-nighter with this one. I did." -Steve Berry, "New York Times" bestselling author of "The Jefferson Key"

"Robinson blends myth, science and terminal velocity action like no one else." -Scott Sigler, "New York Times" bestselling author of "Nocturnal"

"The year 2012 is synonymous with Doomsday, but what if the cause of the chaos to come was. . .Adolf Hitler? Read "SecondWorld," a new treat from Jeremy Robinson."

--Steve Alten, "New York Times" bestselling author of "Meg & Grim Reaper: End of Days"

"A harrowing, edge of your seat thriller told by a master storyteller, Jeremy Robinson's "SecondWorld" is an amazing, globetrotting tale that will truly leave breathless." --Richard Doetsch, international bestselling author of "Half-Past Dawn"

""

"A brisk thriller with neatly timed action sequences, snappy dialogue and the ultimate sympathetic figure in a badly burned little girl with a fighting spirit... The Nazis are determined to have the last gruesome laugh in this efficient doomsday thriller." -- Kirkus Reviews

"Compellingly written... But, instead, it's gripping, propelled by expertly controlled pacing and lively characters.... Robinson's punchy prose style will appeal to fans of Matthew Reilly's fast-paced, bigger-than-life thrillers, but this is in no way a knockoff. It's a fresh and satisfying thriller that should bring its author plenty of new fans." --"Booklist"

Format: Hardcover
At the top of the cover of SecondWorld, thriller writer Steve Berry advises `Plan to hunker down for an all-nighter with this one. I did.' Having devoured SecondWorld by Jeremy Robinson during every available moment that was left to me once working, eating and sleeping had robbed their share, I can attest to the validity of this declaration. This novel is one of the most unputdownable thrillers that I have ever read. It is as if each page battles with the one preceding it to contain the most thrills - a competition in adventure, which leaves the reader sitting fixated, gripped, and finally abandoning that reader to the unhappy unavoidable truth that all books must end. It is a sad fact that dull books can take an awful long time to read but fast, exciting novelistic rollercoasters are gone far too soon.

As with any scifi technothriller, it is important that you leave all cynicism to one side. If you can't suspend your disbelief and allow yourself to be entertained and shocked while being dragged along at the speed of sound, then give it up right now. But if you can, then SecondWorld could well be for you.

Our hero, ex-Navy SEAL and special agent Lincoln Miller, is being given some well-deserved rest in a busman's holiday monitoring the oceans in an underwater observatory off the Florida Keys. When he sees red matter fall through the water to the seabed, he has to investigate, especially when all the fish who feed on this material appear to die. When the body of a dead blue whale is wrapped by the current around the observatory, destroying it, Miller has to escape in a hurry. He rushes to the surface only to find the sea covered in red and the air is empty of oxygen.

Having read the majority of Jeremy's titles, I have passed this one by.....what a mistake ! By far one of the best reads ever, unputdownable !! I am now moving on to mirrorworld and nazi hunter. I only read this title because of Cowboy, who I picked up on in the final Nemesis instalment

This is a great book, one of my favourite Jeremy Robinson novels.

What starts as a mysterious apocalyptic tale soon evolves into an action packed thriller involving Nazis, a Czech cowboy and UFOs! I can see this making it into a Hollywood blockbuster, here's hoping for that and/or a sequel!

Lincoln Miller is a force to be reckoned with, nothing is going to get in his way of surviving...thank goodness for that. With assistance from Cowboy (read I Am Cowboy) a humorous gunslinger they set out to save the world from Nazi's. A fun, action-packed ride that will have you on the edge of your seat.

Fantastic adventure romp with high stakes and non-stop action. When red flakes start falling from the sky in 3 major cities, the world wonders what's going on. Then everybody in those cities dies as the oxygen is removed from the air - and in just a few days, the red flakes will return and cover the rest of the earth. This is seriously high stakes but Robinson immediately anchors the plot with Lincoln Miller, who survives the first strike in Florida because he was underwater at the time. The action starts immediately with Linc escaping from sharks to emerge in a deadly atmosphere. The race against time starts and doesn't stop until the last bad guy falls.
Although the bad guys are evil Nazis, there are no cliches in sight. This is an original premise, with a fast moving plot and a kick-ass hero. I loved it! Fans of Matt Reilly's Scarecrow series will love it.

I really liked the premise of this book, and it was carried off brilliantly. Readers should take this book for what it is - completely fast paced action in the mould of 24. Fans of Matthew Reilly and James Rollins will love this book.

It is true that this will not be classified as 100% plausible, but many of the best (and most successful) action films aren't either. This book is amazing escapism, and the pages turn fast.

Completely enjoyable and highly recommended.

SecondWorld by Jeremy Robinson is a Nazi horror tale with some awesome action scenes and an interesting and unique plot that grabbed my attention and held it all the way through.
There was a bit of predictability, but I think that comes with the territory when one writes a good vs. Nazi's story. Still, there were even more surprises that outweighed any Nazi predictability.
All-in-all, this book is very cool. I really loved it! Give it a read, why don't you? Then read the shorter after story, I Am Cowboy.

A good read. Nonsensical dribble in the James Bond genre imaginative bedtime reading at its best. I shall buy more of his books
