used these while mountain biking through some horrible weather, I was wet but my feet weren't. You get a feeling of cold wet feet when you're shoes get wet (after going through a deep puddle, not just spray and rain), and my initial reaction was 'oh! they don't work' which quickly changed to 'my god they do work' when I realised it was only my shoes that where soaked and my feet had stayed dry and felt warm again almost immediately. made a real diffrence to the days ride.

Brilliant thing to have no mater what sort of outside pursuits you do.

The mid length socks are waterproof but an awkward length. I couldn't find any knee high ones, which would have been much better.
