HASH(0x97405c9c) out of 5 stars Great content, not the best binding 11 Oct. 2010
By W. Goodrich - Published on Amazon.com

I love the book, including the course descriptions, personal stories, and wonderful photos. The only problem is after about an hour of flipping through it, the binding started to come apart. Not in a major way, but annoying nonetheless. I don't regret buying it though. I plan on playing some of those courses in a few weeks and this book was great preparation for my experience over there.
