All the recipes look absolutely scrumptious and I have found those that I have done out of her first book to be fool proof and Rosemary's instructions are easy to follow.
I do not normally bother to read Introductions to books, but this one is enchanting, like reading a mini novel and her notes in between each section are so readable and informative. Well done Rosemary, not only are you a superb chef, a most entertaining TV personality but also an excellent writer.
However, it is aimed at dinner party fodder and wouldn't necessarily suit those who just want quick, tasty, dishes during the week. I was also slightly disappointed that, as it is a combined book about both series of School for Cooks, that some of the recipes I wanted from the second series weren't here.
you get to know Rosemary and where she started out. she's a clever lady and self taught as her book will explain
Lots of lovely recipes some easy to do some not so easy
great ideas for dinner parties
Book arrived in perfect order Thank you
Searching the Internet I was unable to find a better price than that offered by Amazon!
Really good book expecially if you are having people over for dinner and want to impress. I don't use it every day but found the recipes easy to follow and good results. Am now thinking of getting her other book as well.
