The "Pressed Cucumber Salad" is from Sweden according to the original poster and owner of the picture under that title. If you do a search on Swedish recipes, you'll find 796 recipes. Add all those together and you'll have far more recipes than in this rip off recipe book.
Plus they'll have the correct directions there without the "First of all . . . " followed by "And then . . ." as you do have in this pilfered work.
Also "spaetzle is NOT Scandinavian by any stretch of the imagination. So there's no such thing as "Allow to simmer till spaetzle flat to the surface." "Aria" has no idea how to make spaetzle. Maybe I need to go over to her house and show her how my German mother taught me to make spaetzle. Then she'd have the correction directions that she won't have to "rewrite" to make it seem it's her recipe.
And on and on and on. What a disappointment for anyone who buys this only to find out they could find ALL the recipes for free on the Internet with bigger, regular un-cropped pictures .
He had pictures with dishes and that is what I like because it gives me an idea as to how it will look when I finished putting the recipes together.
Good and well put together cook book. I can't say enough about it because I was impressed to no end. A must to have in one's kitchen.

Sandwiches- something we eat a lot but don't think about... This book really made me think different about this issue... My kids well now enjoy great sandwiches to school...
