The result is a devastating critique of the attacks on Access to Justice by the coalition government. It is not a comfortable read but it needs to be read far and wide.
Well done, Patrick! I found this work to be of great interest as we grapple with a remoulding of both civil and criminal justice in the age of austerity. I hope that the 'powers that be' take note of what you raise and what I hear in the advocates' rooms at court.
