Found out about Stacey Mostellers books via another author Holly Ward,
Lyric is running away from her past she has just found out her fiance was sleeping with someone else and her controlling mother who tells her that it is ok for him to do that {in what world is that ok},
After fleeing to Nashville where no one knows of her past but her friend Anna, she meets David {another book boyfriend} who owns his own bar, he's cute and adorable.

Lyric and David are happy until Lyric stumbles across a secret that if she tells it would ruin everything so once all is revealed Lyric runs back to Manhatten.............................................. what will ahppen with David and Lyric well you just gonna have to read and find out

Such a great debut book. I really enjoyed this first book of the Nash ville nights, so much so that I'm delving straight into the second right now!

Lyric the female character is very likeable which is a plus for me as sometimes the female lead can irritate me. After leaving manhattan for a writing job on Nashville she meets the very handsome, charming David. With previous relationship issues can she let David in? David is all male and totally swoon worthy I instantly fell in love with him and his caring attitude. The story flowed well and I would definitely advise any book lovers to pick this one up :)

This book was ok. There were a few things that bothered me. I'm not a fan of books written in first-person. Also, I found it a bit odd that after 40% of the book which had been from only one point of view, we suddenly had one chapter that switched between two characters. This happened again near the end. it seemed really out of place when the entire rest of the book was from a single point of view. Also, I found the heroine horribly immature and annoying, more like a teenager than a woman in her 20s.

It's not a bad book and, yes, David is rather nice. It was free and a mostly enjoyable read.

I first found out about this author when she collaborated with HMward, one of my favourite authors so I decided to read one of her books. I have enjoyed this story, There are some romantic parts and some funny parts! I'm not keen on how it ended as I wanted to know more but I'm not sure if their story follows on in the story of Jeremy and SB. There are some quite bad spelling errors but I manages to figure out what they meant. Overall I'm really glad I read it and I think David is pretty much perfect. I will be having a look at the other stories written by this same author.
