The basic recipes were okay but the down side was the book seems to have been written before freezers were invented and the author makes you feel you are going to poisen everyone if you dont heavily salt the ingredients I think the book would be good if it was updated to modern day

A nice short guide. A section on FAQs would be good - little things can go wrong in sausage making and cooking in general (crumbly texture, dry skins etc etc) - its always good to have somewhere to turn in these situations.
