Before we go any further, let me tell you that I love young people. I spend my day hanging out with them in fact. My two favourite are my own, which they will be pleased to know! Freya, my little joker, is nearly 15 and my eldest Bronte is away having a wonderful time at Bath Spa University. We have a great relationship, so much so that I have just finished writing my first novel with Bronte. Oh, and in case you were wondering I do have a husband too and he is awesome, a big kid at heart.
I guess this is the part where I should tell you about my TV appearances, my books and my TV show that went around the world, the thousands of teens that I have helped and while I am proud of all that, I feel much more compelled to talk to you about cats, cocktails and my addiction to show tunes - is that wrong?

“One ordinary girl, one extraordinary moment”
There are three things everyone notices about Alice.
1. Her super-hot rugby boyfriend.
2. Her sophisticated, totally gorgeous best friend.
3. Her very noticeable 38-inch long legs.
Alice is tall — just under six feet to be exact — but her self-esteem couldn’t be smaller. When her relationship starts wavering, Alice’s perfectly beautiful best friend somehow convinces her to join a modelling competition, “for a confidence boost.” But Alice is just a normal girl; she loves ice cream too much, has an unhealthy addiction to American TV and lusts after the elusive thigh gap. She can’t even walk in heels, let alone in a bikini, but she finds herself joining Runway Models anyway.
The finale is only a few months away.
Will Alice catwalk her way to self-confidence or fail, proving everyone right?

How the world views success (value of one's life) and why you've never, and will never find it meaningful or motivating.
A different measure of success, one better suited for extraordinary pioneers like you (we call this Net Impact).
Why you've always felt different, isolated and inhibited within society's rigid systems, and how this makes you a extraordinary pioneer.
How to better understand yourself, by identifying your special gifts (Impact Archetype) and unique genius (Impact Factor).
Understand the challenges you've faced in trying to reach your true potential, and more importantly, how to recognize those challenges as hidden opportunities.
How to increase your capacity for greatness, to reach your true potential and meet your purpose head on by moving from a victim to a catalyst who creates a legacy (we call this the Impact Agency Spectrum).
At the root of our work together is the belief that YOU are likely an extraordinary pioneer who has a different world view, you think and solve problems differently. When you are nurtured outside of society,s definition of success and rigid systems, you're better equipped to embrace your genius, increase your capacity for greatness and step into your significant place in the world.
