I have been a bridge player for more than 55 years, having played first during my school days. I am still enthusiastic about bridge and an active player and teacher.
I have represented Great Britain and England in many international events, twice winning the women’s World Champoinship aa well as many European and English Women’s titles. Google my name to find the details online.
On retiring from my real job as a University lecturer in Computing, I worked for the English Bridge Union developing Bridge for All, the officially approved teaching scheme. Bridge for All is widely used by teachers (not only the English ones!).
Having trained many of England’s teachers, I started writing bridge books aimed at the newer player.to complement their learning in class and to continue to improve their game whilst playing. All the books sell well and are regularly reprinted. Nearly all of them can be bought on Amazon.
