Chose this Samsung TV as we already had an older model 22inch as a monitor/tv in our study and were looking to replace an old 28inch CRT in the lounge.We already have a Samsung internet enabled blue-ray player as well so didn't need smart TV features for the tv.
Most reviews will be for using this set in a bedroom but for our 5mX5m lounge its perfectly large enough as don't see the need to fill a whole wall with a plasma tv.
Samsung seem to have improved the usability of the menu's/EPG etc -similar to the older model but a bit slicker so we were watching TV through freeview within 5 minutes of switching it on (EPG can be a little slow to load though).
The picuture quality is excellent with the set coping with fast action faultlessly and renders black perfectly.For this type of tv sound is respectable for casual use though for watching DVD's or playing music you really need to factor in some dedicated AV equipment.
Set was delivered very quickly by Amazon - shame that Samsung are still using some nasty polystyrene but apart from that the packing was not excessive.
