Simply prep your favourite fresh ingredients, add to the non-stick cooking pot and select the correct cooking programme.
The versatile multicooker has a clear digital LED display, adjustable timer settings and alerts you when your food is ready. With no need to hover over the hob or keep checking the oven, you can spend more time in the company of your guests and less time in the kitchen.
Asian Style Salmon
Mix 150 ml soy sauce and 100 ml toasted sesame oil, score the skin of two salmon fillets and coat in the mixture.
Allow to marinate for 30 minutes, then place skin side down in the cooking pot and select the 'Sauté' function. Once the skin has browned add half of the marinade, 50 g sliced ginger and crushed garlic.
Chop the stalks off 150 g pak choi, wash lightly and place onto the steam tray. Select the 'Fish' function and secure the lid.
Cook for 5 minutes and serve with cooked egg noodles, with the remaining marinade drizzled over.
Chicken, Prawn and Chorizo Paella
Chop 200 g red and green peppers, 80 g green beans, an onion and two garlic cloves. Add 1 tbsp olive oil to the cooking pot along with the chopped ingredients and select the 'Sauté' function, stirring continuously for 2-3 minutes.
Add a chopped chicken breast and continue to sauté for a further 2 minutes, then add 12 fresh king prawns.
Add 250 g paella rice and stir, followed by 2 tsp paprika, a pinch of saffron, 400 g tin of chopped tomatoes and 500 ml chicken stock. Allow to boil for 8 minutes, then pause the cooking programme and add another 500 ml chicken stock.
Select the 'Rice' function, set the timer to 10 minutes and secure the lid.
Once the time has elapsed, add 75 g cooked diced chorizo and continue to cook on the 'Rice' function until the stock has been absorbed by the rice.
Add 35 ml toasted sesame oil, 40 g grated ginger and crushed garlic to the cooking pot and select the 'Sauté' function.
Chop 400 g skinless chicken breast and add to the pot. Once the chicken has browned, select 'Cancel' and add 100 ml soy sauce, 50 ml honey and the juice of two limes. Select the 'Meat' function and secure the lid.
After 13 minutes, remove the lid and press the 'Meat' function again to reduce the sauce before serving. Stir and then serve with fluffy basmati rice, garnished with sesame seeds and finely chopped spring onions.

Used this last night for the first time to make pulled pork which is normally a whole day type thing, several hours of slow cooking or cooking in our sous vide for 24+ hours...I did pork shoulder for an hour in the pressure cooker and about 20 minutes in the oven to give it some crust. It came out awesome. Juicy and fall apart tender.
The unit itself I ordered because it had no reviews. It well built, very sturdy like all the others I've seen online. Looks great and so far works awesome.
