Beginning her career on business to business magazines, she survived employment with the Maxwell group to become Assistant Editor of Time Out’s first venture outside of London,Time Out Amsterdam. Sally has written for local and international newspapers, edited film and theatre scripts and contributed to a number of books. Also an internationally exhibited artist, Sally studied Fine Art & Art History at Goldsmiths’ College before gaining an MA in Creative Writing, the Arts and Education from Sussex University.
Stories For Homes is an anthology to raise funds for Shelter, the homelessness charity, and was inspired by the desire to turn something painful into something beautiful. A new community has emerged which has produced 63 fantastic stories, serious cash for Shelter and a massive momentum to turn around the housing crisis in the UK.
Sally lives in South London with her three children and now concentrates on fiction.
