Bought this book as a present for somebody who is trying to get into the 'business'. Not given it to him yet, though. I have been reading it myself and finding it interesting and also quite entertaining.
Jeff tells it straight. It's different from the sales books of its time because it offers a softer more intelligent approach to selling. It's perfect for reading on a plane. That's how I read it first. Still relevant.
