A bit useless because the information I was wanting and expecting from this book was on a website link. Getting sick of information books not being whole books but links to websites promoting other things.

Not a bad book by any means and it contained the beginnings of a good idea about how to prepare and transport salads. With only 7 recipes, however, this really is only something to get you started. As the author says, you could combine any of your favourite salad ingredients and, by layering the ingredients just so, have a meal that is still fresh and appealing by lunch time.

Obviously intended as a promotional book, the final "chapter" is a link to a website which is not really of interest to me.

I was happy enough with the book, having downloaded it for free, but I'm not sure that I would have paid very much for it.

Unusual recipe book, helpful ideas that will help you to eat healthy and enjoy some home cooking. A way to know what really goes into your food. If you dislike using plastic for your food there is not better way to store it.

I was disappointed with this book - the recipes were good and the idea of making them in a jar
with the dressing would be very convenient - yet I am not sure how crisp and fresh they would keep
my main gripe about the book was that it kept hinting a food to keep the blood sugar levels stable
being diabetic this is important - but where were the recipes I couldn't find them I even looked for a
book on the subject by the Author but nowhere to be found.

I like this book as it provides the reader with some great ideas for healthy salads and dressings. Prepare salads in advance and store in your fridge. Grab and go. Perfect for taking to work, when you are in a hurry and when you want a quick healthy meal. Perfect for picnics too.

I was looking for nice alternatives to very boring salads. The dressings are tasty and I get lots of lingering looks when I get my salad out of the fridge at work! No need to invest in special jars, just use any tall container.

I am trying to make healthy lunches and these ideas are really handy. It will be easy to use ingredients in the fridge rather than stick to the recipes . The dressings all sound lovely and will liven up boring salads. Short but good!

There are only 7 recipes with a link to more at a website. Don't pay for this. Consider downloading if free.
