I tried my first recipe the other night - charred broccoli, flatbread and harissa chickpeas - and it was AMAZING. Our plates were clean in seconds flat. I was a bit apprehensive about adding flatbread into a salad, but it soaks up the lemon juice and harissa, softening a bit and adding a nice texture and a bit of bulk to the salad, making it simple, yet substantial.
In this summer heatwave, Salad Feasts is the perfect fit. I highly recommend it!
