HASH(0x8b48eb94) out of 5 stars Answers a lot of questions you might have, a great way to bring the story together 2 Mar. 2015

As is the normal for one of Liz’s books she pulls you in and doesn’t let you go. When I got to the end of this book I wanted it to go on and on, I am never ready to let go of one of her characters they are all full of life and bring so much to the story. It is always hard to pick your favorite one each are wonderful and unique in their own ways. I totally loved this story it fills in so many questions from book 1. This was a wonderful read but Love Garage should be read first.

This addition gives you the reuniting of a father and a daughter as well as more information on 2 couples in Love's Garage and how they get together. It fills in the blanks from the first book and gives you a few new twists that you just do not see coming. The book does leave you wanting more and you’re not ready for it to stop. At first I thought it was a cliffhanger, I had to back up my brain to remember how the last book ended. I truly loved this part of the series, you can fill so much emotion as Liz always puts in her stories. Antony has a few secretes that come to light with these new twists you think OH MY, OH MY. Margot has a few shocks to send us as well.

This was a 5 star read all the way with a great plot, a little mystery and the love/hate relationships of The Love Brothers.

Antony Ian Love has a lot on his ample shoulders. He owns and runs a small business, is estranged from his teenaged daughter AliceLynn, his beloved mother is dying of cancer, and he's come face to face with his youngest brother Aiden's sudden reappearance into the Love family circle. Years of sublimating his true self in deep mourning for his long dead wife have hardened the surly, emotional shell he's nurtured, but one woman seems to have broken through. Rosalee Norris is the young widow of Antony's best friend Paul and their mutual sorrow and close friendship has slowly morphed into something more.
Family therapist and recent divorcee Margot Hamilton is dropped into the close-knit Love family by necessity but fate has a real design twist in mind. With her heart and mind closed to anything resembling an emotional connection, Margot is shocked to discover something about Antony the very first time they meet--something she tries, and fails, to resist. (Amazon blurb)

We've met responsible Antony in Love Garage when he took in his brother Aiden and watched him fall in love with Rosalee, losing what he thought was something more than just a close friendship. Facing more than his share of problems, mourning the death of his wife, his estrangement to his daughter and having to support his family while his mother battles cancer, Antony turns to Margot for help and slowly their love story begins, Safe Love is a novella that must be considered as a companionship. That is to say that you should read this novel AFTER that you've read Love Garage as it contains spoilers and further explains scenes that are in the previous novel. Once again, Liz Crowe keeps her Love family close to heart and home, her Love Brothers series still one that should be read and added to your to be read list.

HASH(0x8bc814ec) out of 5 stars A great Novella 1 Jan. 2016

Safe Love was a 5 star read.
Romance, Hot Alphas

“I...I love you,” he muttered into her bare shoulder as he rubbed against her like some horny dog in the yard.

What a great addition to the Love Garage, you should read this right after book 1..

Antony is the oldest sibling. Father to a teenage daughter and widowed at a young age has left him bitter at the world. He takes his job as brother in charge seriously and his siblings turn to him and see him as the strong, dependable and in control one. Antony struggles with his daughter and the loss of his college sweetheart wife.

When he first meets Margo, there is a connection they both feel. However there is a twist involved and nothing is quite as it seems.

“Be careful, son. Be happy but please, be careful.”

This was a great addition to book 1. There are some twists and emotions along they way. We also get more insight on Antony’s relationship with his daughter.
You will definitely want to begin the series with Love Garage and follow all of the family through to Family Love, where you will see all of the main characters, their spouses and children. You will get a real life HEA from this author.

HASH(0x8b4d36cc) out of 5 stars Things about Antony start to really make sense in this book! 29 Dec. 2015
By Dana Busenbark - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Kindle Edition
In book 1.5 of this series, we are getting Antony's point of view on things. We are starting off with them at some event at his boyhood home, with Rosie there with him, when Antony starts doing his PDA's that he did not normally like to show. The look we're getting is Antony's point of view when Margot first makes her appearance with the family, at their gathering to find out what is going on with Lindsay, their mom. There is also a good look at Margot's failing/failed marriage side of things, through her memories of things her husband did or said to her and how it affected her. Wow, we 'really' learn about Margot and who and what she is or was in her marriage to her now ex-husband Gavin. We get insight into Antony's surliness and grumpy butt and his inner mental workings as to why he is such a jerk to everyone that does not deserve it. Really getting to see what Antony had with his dead wife Crystal, and what she did for him in their personal life, taking control of certain things around the house. Clearly he needs that again and is now confronted with it and he runs from it, knowing he was happiest when he had the ability to give up control in certain aspects, feeling like a failure. I can understand why he might feel that way, but at the same time, don't all parents, especially when they do not understand their children? Read this book, it ends right after Margot takes AliceLynn with Mark, the cop, to Rosie's house. It really was a great look into his side of things. I look forward to #2, Coach Love.

HASH(0x8b62ce94) out of 5 stars ... novella to the series and must be read after Love Garage the first book 31 Dec. 2015
By steamy book momma - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Kindle Edition
This is a novella to the series and must be read after Love Garage the first book. It starts when Margot is invited to the family bbq and meets everyone and then goes from there with Antony and Margot’s perspective and their story of how they end up together. I really liked reading their story and how it evolved. It was interesting reading their struggle and how they felt during the process. I really love books that offer the same story but from someone else prospective. You learn more about Margot and how and why she is a better fit for Antony. She connects is Antony’s daughter so well and feels a naturally motherly affection for her that Rosalee didn’t seem to have. The same way that Aiden seems to connect more with Rosalee’s son Jeffrey more than Antony did. This book is fairly quick read at about 80 pages. I love all the characters in this series so getting to read more about the first book was great. I am looking forward to second the second book next and seeing where the story goes from there. I am completely pulled into this series. Liz Crowe is a great author.
I was given this book in return for an honest review.
