The flashlight itself measures approximately 16cm in length and has an oval shaped body that is approximately 4cm deep and feels nice and comfortable in the hand.
The flashlight's body is made from a nice rugged feeling plastic (no cheap flimsy plastic here), while the cap with the LED in is made from metal.
The rubberised button feels solid and has a nice click sound when pressed.
At the rear end of the flashlight is a small wrist strap, attached to which is a small rubber cap, which when removed reveals the pointed survival hammer which can be used to break glass windows etc in an emergency.
The rear of the flashlight also has a small cut out which hides a blade which can be used to cut through car seatbelts in an emergency.
Switching on the flashlight is simply a case of holding the power button for 2 seconds - the flashlight will come on at it's lowest setting. Pressing the power button a second time will give you medium power and a third time will give you maximum brightness. Clicking the power button 2 times in quick succession will cause the flashlight to flash on and off. (Switching the flashlight off is the same as switching it on).
Another nice feature of the Suaoki flashlight is that it is rechargeable and can also be used as a powerbank for you're phone and other small devices.
To charge the flashlight, you need to unscrew the head of the flashlight and then connect a Micro USB between the flashlight and a power source (mobile phone charger/PC). 4 blue LED's indicate how much power the flashlight has left.
With the head of the flashlight removed, you can connect any standard USB cable to the body of the flashlight and then connect the other end to you're mobile phone, GPS Navigation system, MP3 player etc. Once connected, you can hold the power button down on the flashlight and the connected device will begin to charge from the flashlight's rechargeable battery.
Overall, the Suoaki 4-In-1 flashlight is a great little device with some great features for use in an emergency and will remain in the glovebox of my car. The only slight downside to the flashlight, is that you need to make sure you have the correct USB cable for you're device with you - it would have been nice if the cable could have been stored inside the flashlight, or there was a connector that could have flipped out, but this is just me being picky and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend this product.

The torch arrived promptly A day earlier than the delivery date, was well packed and with instructions in several languages which are clear and precise.
This torch, though small enough for a handbag or pocket, has more features than some other larger torches, it is strong, waterproof and easy to use, ideal to keep in the glove compartment of a car. The main body of the torch is not round as most are it is more oval and it fits easily into my hand – I have small hands - it has a built in a seat belt cutter and a hammer to enable car windows to be smashed in an emergency, these are easily accessible at the base of the torch. It is quick and easy to charge by a wall socket or a computer/ laptop. There are 4 light settings which are useful when a full beam is not required and also a flashing ‘SOS’ light for emergency which can be seen at a distance. Its strong beam makes it easy to see objects in the dark.
I use it when out walking the dog in the evening and then keep it at the side of my bed for use when we have power cuts, and I take it with me when I go out in the car.
I cannot fault this torch in any way and would highly recommend it
The case feels good and has a slightly soft feel and not a hard plastic feel.
Only problem is I keep putting it into flashing mode, but that is me not the torch
All in all I highly recommend this torch.
As they are water resistant the head screws off and has a rubber seal. You need to do this to get to the charge port. You must screw it back on quite tight to get the electrical contacts to meet or you think you have a broken torch. The rubber cap for the spike falls off all the time, but overall a good item.
Overall a perfect tool for being out hiking, camping or walks.
It's palm sized too, so no more lugging around a big lantern now that the colder, darker months are setting in. Pleased so far!
