I bought this as my Thyroid was slightly Hypo so I wanted some Iodine (also meant to be good for hair). List of RDA on the box does not mention Iodine levels though only other minerals such as zinc
Livestrong states that "Kelp Supplements: Federal regulations prohibit kelp supplements from containing more than 225 mcg iodine per tablet. This amount works out to about 150 percent of the recommended daily amount, and is about one-quarter of the amount deemed dangerous in adults".
These tablets are "500mg", (There are 1,000 micrograms (mcg) in 1 milligram (mg) - I'll leave the maths to you). But many results say: 500mg = 500,000mcg, so I am a bit confused there.

Ingredients
POWDERED SEA KELP
MICROCRYSTALLINE CELLULOSE (Wood pulp) not known to be harmful
DICALCIUM PHOSPAHTE (May inhibit Zinc absorption)
MAGNESIUM STEARATE (Debated - possibly suppresses T-cells)
ANTI CAKING AGENT (There are many types E500 - E580) Some can cause minor problems. Anti caking agent Magnesium silicates is banned in Australia. I think It should state which anti caking agent is used

Time will tell if these tablets will be of any use. They are easy to take in spite of being quite big.
