An earth without men and the minute one is transported though time to this all female environment he takes over.

This book is so male chauvinistic it made me want to throw my kindle at the wall. The blurb tries to portray a story where women rule in an alien invaded world. The women, who are over a hundred years more advanced, show the male time travellers from the past how they do things.

This is far from how the book reads. Within seconds of appearing our H subdues 4 women, partly by his pure manliness and then he goes on to tell the commander (a female) that the women need to tidy themselves up, I assume he meant pluck their eyebrows and shave their legs, thereby giving the fighting men something worth fighting for. …Oh sweet God give me patience.

A few chapters of him showing her what sex is all about he has her wanting to be with him forever. He on the other hand doesn't wnt to be caught up in the marriage net.

Midway thriugh the story he is in command of her until and even telling the commander of the base what to do next. Well sure I suppose he had to as frail little women don't know how to survive with a big buff man telling them what to do. (Yes, I'm being statistic)

By the end of the book the newly time travelled males are heading the units and showing the poor delicate females how real men to fight the bad aliens.

As you may have noticed this book really bugged me. The author needs to get her head out of the Victorian era - if this is the fate of women kind we should give up now.

I can't quite put my finger on why but I haven't been able to get into the story, so there it sits unfinished. I know that there's a lot of potential and intend to give it another go, as the plot sounds great. Just my scene in fact.

This is a futuristic /Sci-fi romance. It is set in the year 2230. Earth has been invaded by aliens, and what is left of the human race are living in bunkers. The atmosphere is contaminated and all males ,animal and human are dead.
Lieutenant Sunlyn Blake is one of the soldiers. The council have given her a very special task. To go back in time and rescue elite soldiers just before they die, and bring them into the future.
First Lieutenant Jefferson Stone is pinned down and wounded. His chances of survival are nil. When he wakes up he whole life is changed.
A very good action/adventure, with some laughs along with lots of danger. Our hero is far too full of himself, and incredibly bossy. He is also very sexy. Our heroine is a strong kick ass, independent woman. She will not allow anyone to hurt her. She has suffered enough.
A very entertaining read, and the start of a good series.
