Almond flour is great for all kinds of baking projects – from simple bread and scones to celebration cakes and delicious biscuits. Ground almonds are also an essential ingredient in the classic macaron. These almonds are handpicked on our farms and packaged in our fully HACCP, BRC, KOSHER, HALAL & SEDEX certified factories. The only ingredients are almonds– we don’t add flavours or preservatives. They are also produced in a peanut-free and sesame-free environment. The nuts are packaged in a convenient PET jar with screw on lid that retains maximum freshness and avoids breakage. Store the nuts in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. The ground almonds have been a big hit in our family baking. My 6-year-old daughter takes the lead here. I've tried most of the almond meal products in the market, this one had an amazingly rich flavour and taste. Definitely worth a try. Also, these can easily stay for about 3-4 months if refrigerated.
