* Lovely bright colours and always consistently good quality pen's by Stabilo too. Ink dries almost instantly.
* Using the 88 with a Fine 0.4mm nib for outlining and very intricate details, You can also buy the 68's with a 1.00 mm nib for filling in larger areas in coordinating colours too.
I mainly use mine for adult colouring in, these are perfect for tiny details & very intricate design's, I have added few pictures of these pens, plus a couple of the page's i have coloured in from The Art Of Mindfulness Book, using these plus the point 68's. These pens last for ages and the quality is always the same, when stocking back up after running out. So people that colour in Johanna Basford & Millie Marotta books or similar styles these are a really good match with loads more colours in the range too.
Hope this helps you figure out if these are for you or not..X
But then I came across this sexy set of fineliners. They are long-lasting, have stylish colours and allow me to colour in my art-therapy colouring book. They come in a little deskset that opens up and allows you to organise your colours in the most satisfying ways possible. They don't seem to smudge, and you can draw with them or write a letter without that clunky affect you get with felt-tips where it bleeds and becomes illegible. But the best thing about it is it can be bought online, where no one knows you or can judge you. You can colour with the peace of mind that only comes with anonymity.
Though they have lasted very well - I've used them a lot and nothing's run out yet. The tips have stayed perfectly fine and not splayed or disappeared (and I've been a bit heavy handed sometimes).
It always annoys me you don't get told exactly what's in there so: black & a mid/silver grey, very dark purple and a mid lilac, a dark red and a scarlet red, a dark magenta pink, a barbie pink and a fleshy pink, a very dark brown and a warm fawn brown, nice bright orange and a bright but not florescent sunflower yellow, a lime green, a darkish grass green and a blueish pine dark green, a dark blue, a dark turquoise and a light turquoise, and a sky blue.
I quite like the packaging, but the hexagonal bottom of the pens catches on the way back in and I've knocked them all flying a few times, so not for the clumsy unless you like tidying them up again several times a session.
Would definitely buy again, though without the fancy box.
Also keep tabs on them....they DO get nabbed by jealous colleagues/schoolmates!
Perfect for notes, marking, fine colouring - whatever takes your fancy.
I call these 'magic' pens as they make my 'busy' handwriting legible and neat!

These pens are mostly good. I'm not sure if it's just because I'm left handed, but I have to hold them almost vertically to get the ink to come out properly. Read morePublished 1 month ago by Alexandra A.
