    it's cheap, but the light is pointless, if you press the light at night the screen turns blue as well as the numbers so you cant tell what time it is, as for adjusting the strap well you can take a link out (now to small) or pad your wrist to make it fit better, but if you want a cheap time peace for work then it will do
