Manufacturer's Description

Sonic returns to the Wii to take a wild ride through the storybook world of Camelot in his all-new adventure Sonic and the Black Knight. Designed exclusively for the Wii, Sonic and the Black Knight brings a new twist to Sonic gameplay by combining Sonic's legendary speed with frenetic swordplay action that makes full use of the unique Wii control system.

After reading a storybook of the Knights of the Round Table, Sonic finds himself alone in a strange and enchanted world that he soon learns is threatened by a sinister and growing force. He is befriended by the grand-daughter of the legendary wizard Merlin, who asks him to harness the power of the magic sword Caliburn to fight the underworld knights and unravel the mystery of the new villain who has suddenly appeared to seize Camelot.

This is a surprisingly fun game to play. It has all the speed of other sonic games with added swordplay (which isn't as glitchy as i'd have expected). Although you could probably rush through the missions and easily have the end credits rolling within a couple of hours there are plenty of extra and bonus missions to keep you running, dashing and slashing your way through this game for a long time. I was really pleasantly surprised at this little gem.

I was pleasantly surprised by this game. The graphics enhance the quality of the game and the storyline is believeable. The levels at first seem to end very quickly but as you move through the game it allows you to use a lot of the skills that you learn in the first few levels.

I would recommend this game to anyone who is a fan of the Zelda series as it is very similar but still maintains some of the qualities that made the Sonic character so iconic!

Ordered from FinalFantasyQueen as I found them the most helpful when enquiring about this game before I ordered. Arrived well ahead of schedule, and turned out to be an extremely addictive game also. Haven't been able to put this game down since I got it!

This game is a quite good one if you like quick action, but it does not last. But if you take it from me the game isn't as good as the ad.

There are good and bad aspects to the game. If you like game with variety this is not the game for you. The only thing this sonic has to offer is quick clean fun.

The graphics are quite good but the the storyline and menu stlyes are not that great. It is about king Arther turning bad from his too powerful sword. A princess suddenly gets sonic falling from the skyand he gets a talking sword and helps to get rid of the dark creatures king Arther has.

At the end of each level you find that you have collected invisible items scattered around the stage. You have idenification points to identify the sword, stone, food, gem, book, flower, armor, or charm you collected. All of this goes in the treasures option in the menu.

Each level has a different goal to obtain but mostly it is to get to the end of the level. The game is in 3rd person and you travel from one place to another doing different tasks but the same location. basically the aim of the game is to fight through the swarms of enemys by waving the wii remote.

The music is quite good. The length is not. Each stage takes 1-4 mins and there are about 20 stages. If you take it from me, it is not the best of games and I think it is not worth it. Here is the product hyperlink if you consider it.Sonic and the Black Knight (Wii)

Bought this item as gift for family member. He loves it, and feel that the price of the game was well below RRP. Watched the game being played and find graphics excellent and sound just as good.

Not the easiest of games to actually use owing to lack of detailed instructions on how to use the game but overall, very satisfied.

Having played most of the sonic games this is one of the least favourite. The graphics are very good and the music is also very good but the game play itself isnt so good.

When you first begin the levels are very short and they gradually get longer as you go on however the longer the levels the more frustrating they get. Through out the main game you only play as sonic and then once you complete the main game you can go onto "side missions" which you can then use 3 more characters. Not only that you can also try and better your score in the levels you have completed. On a plus side though sonic still has the speed of the other games.

The controls are very easy for the wii mote but very limited. All your doing is waving the wii mote around and that also gets a lil boring after a while.

You can go onto a side menu and change certain settings about the things you have on you and the way you battle but again very limited and the menus could be better.

Battle mode is very fun when competing against friends but again gets a lil boring.

Good as a fill in game when your bored or waiting for another game to be released.
