I would recommend this game to anyone who is a fan of the Zelda series as it is very similar but still maintains some of the qualities that made the Sonic character so iconic!
There are good and bad aspects to the game. If you like game with variety this is not the game for you. The only thing this sonic has to offer is quick clean fun.
The graphics are quite good but the the storyline and menu stlyes are not that great. It is about king Arther turning bad from his too powerful sword. A princess suddenly gets sonic falling from the skyand he gets a talking sword and helps to get rid of the dark creatures king Arther has.
At the end of each level you find that you have collected invisible items scattered around the stage. You have idenification points to identify the sword, stone, food, gem, book, flower, armor, or charm you collected. All of this goes in the treasures option in the menu.
Each level has a different goal to obtain but mostly it is to get to the end of the level. The game is in 3rd person and you travel from one place to another doing different tasks but the same location. basically the aim of the game is to fight through the swarms of enemys by waving the wii remote.
The music is quite good. The length is not. Each stage takes 1-4 mins and there are about 20 stages. If you take it from me, it is not the best of games and I think it is not worth it. Here is the product hyperlink if you consider it.Sonic and the Black Knight (Wii)
Not the easiest of games to actually use owing to lack of detailed instructions on how to use the game but overall, very satisfied.
When you first begin the levels are very short and they gradually get longer as you go on however the longer the levels the more frustrating they get. Through out the main game you only play as sonic and then once you complete the main game you can go onto "side missions" which you can then use 3 more characters. Not only that you can also try and better your score in the levels you have completed. On a plus side though sonic still has the speed of the other games.
The controls are very easy for the wii mote but very limited. All your doing is waving the wii mote around and that also gets a lil boring after a while.
You can go onto a side menu and change certain settings about the things you have on you and the way you battle but again very limited and the menus could be better.
Battle mode is very fun when competing against friends but again gets a lil boring.
Good as a fill in game when your bored or waiting for another game to be released.
